Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Subscription Tracker, the service at subscriptiontracker.win operated by Mark LaRiviere (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

Subscription Tracker lets you record your recurring subscriptions and receive email reminders before they renew.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Email can be delayed, filtered as spam, or fail to send, and reminders depend on the dates you enter. You remain responsible for managing, cancelling, and paying for your own subscriptions with other companies. We are not responsible for charges made by any other service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Subscription Tracker. Provide a valid email address, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and billing

Free. Track up to 10 subscriptions at no cost.

Pro. Track up to 250 subscriptions for $3.99 per month or $35.91 per year (USD). Pro is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Price changes. If we change Pro pricing, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time from Manage Billing in the app. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan.

Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time. If you were charged in error, or forgot to cancel a renewal you didn't want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Deleting your account cancels any Pro plan immediately, without a refund for the remaining period.

Your data

The subscription information you enter belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can edit or delete entries at any time, and deleting your account from Account Settings permanently deletes your data.

Acceptable use

Don't use Subscription Tracker to break the law, send spam, access other people's accounts, interfere with or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security or plan limits. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue Pro or shut down the service, we will give at least 45 days' notice by email and stop all renewals, so no further charges are made. You can download your data at any time with Export CSV in the app. Prepaid time remaining after the service ends is not refunded.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Subscription Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including charges from other services you meant to cancel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and email account holders. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
