What kind of reminders do I get?▼
On Pro, you choose a reminder for each subscription, from one day to one month before it renews or a trial ends, and we email you in time to cancel or budget. Reminders are not included in the free plan.
How is my data stored?▼
Securely in a hosted database. Your subscription data is private and only accessible to you.
What is the difference between free and Pro?▼
Free tracks up to 10 subscriptions with a monthly spend overview and CSV export. Pro ($3.99/month or $35.91/year) unlocks up to 250 subscriptions, email reminders before renewals and trial endings, AI import with Claude or ChatGPT, and all future Pro features.
What happens if I cancel Pro?▼
You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you can still view, edit, delete and export all your subscriptions. On Free you cannot add new ones while you have 10 or more active entries, reminder emails stop (your reminder settings are kept and come back if you upgrade again), and AI import with Claude or ChatGPT stops working. The Subscription Tracker Pro entry in your list is marked Cancelled automatically. You can upgrade again at any time.
Can Claude or ChatGPT add my subscriptions?▼
Yes, on Pro. Connect Claude or ChatGPT (Plus or higher). Your assistant reads your receipt emails using its own email access, shows you what it found, and adds the subscriptions you confirm.
